Strength Plus at Harper's Field, Keep your body strong, improve your balance, and keep your joints moving in a supervised group setting. Perfect for any age group, whether you’re beginning your exercise journey or building on it—in a welcoming and social environment

We offer one Strength Plus classes each week as part of an 8-week program:

  • Tuesdays: 1:15pm – 2:00pm

The next block is 8 weeks long, bookings open on December 8th.

  • Tuesday, January 13th until Tuesday, March 3rd.
  • Wednesday, January 14th until Wednesday, March 4th.

You can book the full 8-week block for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or both.


Please note: once booked, your class days are set, and swapping between days isn’t available.
If you know in advance you’ll miss certain sessions, get in touch, with enough notice, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
